From the M5 motorway junction 22 at Edithmead, follow the signs towards Highbridge and proceed along the A38. The entrance to the development is situated on the left hand side shortly before the bridge. Once into the development follow the road around to the right, proceeding to the other side of the lake where phase two is currently being constructed.

Communal Areas |
A management company has been formed to look after all of the communal areas and will be run by us until the last property has completed upon which time it will be passed to a resident based committee. Estimated annual costs are under £100 per household.
The lake itself will be put into the ownership of the management company and residents will have full use of the lake (subject to covenanted restrictions). There will be a communal picnic/barbecue area and a large proportion of the development will have roads finished in the block paviour design and there will of course be street lighting. The properties with lakeside boundaries will be permitted to construct deck areas at water level.

Construction |
| All houses are constructed of quality brick elevations with feature UPVC double glazed windows, fascias, guttering and soffits for very low maintenance. They will be pre cabled for satellite and aerial connections avoiding the usual unsightly cabling and have a phone point wired to the main Sky/TV location. There will be a garage and parking space with each property. The garages have quality Horstman sectional doors equipped for remote operation, electricity, water and drainage will also be installed to facilitate the use as a utility area, this will still give enough space for the average car to be housed. Where there are French doors giving access to the rear garden. We will install a generous amount of slab patio area or decking at no extra cost, rear gardens are levelled with a generous amount of top soil and boundaries are marked with high quality fencing. All front gardens will be laid to lawn. |
Interior |
| All walls including interior walls are insulated together with joist zones being insulated between floors giving exceptional noise and heat insulation. We recognise that a kitchen can be the very heart of a home and therefore can offer purchasers a choice from a range of different styles (subject to built stage), even American fridge/freezers with ice makers are available if required, fully integrated dishwashers, cookers, ceramic or gas hobs and extractors are included at the standard price, however upgrades on units or appliances are available at cost over price (and not exaggerated retail prices). Where possible tiles are again supplied to the purchasers choice. Floors can be ceramic tiled at a minimal extra cost or carpeted with high quality 80/20 wool carpets at a budget price. Extremely generous supply of electrical sockets are placed throughout plus cabling for satellite, telephone and broadband, there is also cabling for external lights. There is no shortage of choice in the bathroom either with the option of a double ended Whirlpool Spa and a range of designer fitted bathroom furniture and fittings are available subject to built stage. Internal doors are solid and Veneered or painted and panelled finishes with designer handles as standard. All stairs are stained and varnished. Wiring for an internal distribution system is supplied for TV in all bedrooms and for the incorporation of CCTV satellite DAB radio etc throughout. |
